Hawaii: Long-term-care historical data

Hawaii reports facility names with one or more cases for Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities. Facility names are listed for "cases reported to the Hawaii Department of Health within the last 28 days and identified as having exposed staff and/or residents in the facility."

June 22, 2020: Hawaii reported in a Public Information Joint Statement 8 resident and 6 staff cases in a nursing home, and 8 resident and 3 staff cases in a community care facility. Data carried until new update provided.

August 18, 2020: Hawaii reported in a Public Information Joint Statement that nursing homes had 27 resident and 31 staff cases, and 1 death in 14 facilities, Assisted living facilities had 1 resident and 1 staff case, Adult Residential Care Facility, categorized as other, had 6 resident and 4 staff cases, and 3 deaths in 4 facilities. Data carried until new update provided.

October 21, 2020: Hawaii reported in a Public Information Joint Statement that there have been 10 deaths in nursing homes. Data carried until new update provided.

October 29, 2020: CTP began recording number of facilities with a current outbreak in the Outbreak category.

December 10, 2020 - March 3, 2021: Hawaii did not update LTC data. All data carried over from December 3, 2020 and outbreak data removed. On December 17, 2020, outbreak data was removed.
