Nevada reports long-term care COVID-19 data for Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. COVID Tracking Project puts Skilled Nursing Facility data in the Nursing Home category in our dataset and Assisted Living Facilities in the Assisted Living category in our dataset. Nevada reports cumulative data, not outbreak data. Nevada provides facility-level data. Nevada** **reports staff and residents separately for cases and deaths. Data is cumulative since March 2, 2020.
Nevada provides cumulative totals for resident and staff cases, resident and staff deaths and the number of facilities with a case.

Nevada includes data on “Imported” cases - residents who were confirmed positive prior to entering a facility. CTP includes “Imported” cases in our totals.
- February 4, 2021: Cumulative nursing home resident cases decreased by 15.
- February 18, 2020: Nursing Home cumulative resident deaths dropped from 503 to 492 and Assisted Living cumulative facilities impacted dropped from 153 to 151.
- March 4, 2021: Nevada's assisted living staff positives decreased by 1.

Facility notes
The state provides facility-level cumulative data. The state does not provide facility-level outbreak data. Cumulative facility-level data was first reported by the state on 2020-05-28.
