Oklahoma reports long-term care data for Nursing Homes and Long-Term-Care facilities combined. COVID Tracking Project puts Nursing Home and Long-Term-Care data in the Lumped or Other category in our dataset. Oklahoma reports cumulative data.Oklahoma provides facility-level data for Nursing Homes and Long-Term-Care facilities. Oklahoma reports resident and staff cases and deaths separately. Data is cumulative since March 1, 2020.

Oklahoma does not provide outbreak data.
Oklahoma provides facility-level data for Nursing Homes and Long-Term-Care facilities. They report resident and staff combined cases and deaths.
- June 15, 2020: Oklahoma began releasing a list of facilities with cases or deaths. CTP began using this list to calculate the number of facilities.
- November 5, 2020: Oklahoma reports staff and resident deaths in a chart separately from facility level data. CTP just located this chart and began reporting staff and resident deaths separately instead of in one lump sum, as reported in the facility-level sheet.
- November 26, 2020: Oklahoma stopped reporting staff and resident cases and deaths separately at the facility level. Oklahoma began reporting staff and resident cases and deaths combined.

Facility notes
The state provides facility-level cumulative data. The state does not provide facility-level outbreak data. Cumulative facility-level data was first reported by the state on 2020-07-16.
Because each state reports facility-level data differently, CTP has produced a number of scripts to make the dataset as standardized and comprehensive as possible.
