The COVID Tracking Project will stop collecting data on March 7, 2021.

COVID-19 is disproportionately affecting Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and other people of color. In order to begin to address this disparity, we urgently need to gather reliable racial and ethnic demographic data. But there are still some states that report nothing or very incomplete race/ethnicity data.

That’s where you come in — if you live in any of the states where the data is not up to par, you can help us advocate to make it better! Take two minutes right now to urge your elected officials to improve your state’s COVID-19 race and ethnicity data reporting.
